We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at shpnkhurasan@gmail.com before sending anything back — items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. The quickest way to get the item you need is to return your original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.
