Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders below $50 may be subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Yes, we ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may also be longer for international shipments.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly through the carrier's website. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@khorasan.store.
Tracking numbers can take up to 24–48 hours to become active after your shipping confirmation email is sent. If it still isn't working after 48 hours, please reach out to us at info@khorasan.store and we'll look into it for you.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at shpnkhurasan@gmail.com before sending anything back — items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at shpnkhurasan@gmail.com.
The quickest way to get the item you need is to return your original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.
The following items are non-returnable: perishable goods, custom or personalised products, personal care or hygiene items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us at shpnkhurasan@gmail.com.
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, in its original condition with tags and packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@khorasan.store with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will evaluate it and make it right as quickly as possible.
