30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them

  • Unworn or unused, with tags

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you need is to return your item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
